1995. THE YEAR IT ALL BEGAN.

I was in my twenties when I started After Image Salon. When I was young I was carefree, excited, and possessed a passion for hairstyling, and I try my best to bring that youthful attitude into my salon everyday. One of the greatest gifts I’ve been blessed with is the relationship I’ve managed to build with my clientele over the last 35 years in the beauty industry. Not to mention my employees, my team that has come together and grown into a family. Without the collective support of my clients and my staff throughout personal obstacles I don’t think I’d be where I am today.

Throughout my life I have faced multiple challenges, one of the most difficult being heart related illnesses. My battle with heart problems has lead me to integrate more clean, safe, PPD-free products into my workspace. When all is said and done, the thing I enjoy the most about my job is my ability to build one’s confidence through beauty. There is no greater gift than seeing someone smile at themselves when they look in the mirror.
